The Billing section in Settings gives you a complete view of your Advahini subscription — what plan you are on, your payment history, and any invoices you can download. This page explains the trial period, what happens when it ends, how to upgrade, which payment methods are supported, and how to interpret subscription statuses such as past due or grace period.

Trial plan

Every new Advahini account starts on a free trial.
The trial period lasts 7 days and includes up to 5 screens and 5 GB of content storage. No payment details are required to start.
During the trial you can connect screens, upload assets, build playlists, and run your signage exactly as you would on a paid plan — up to the trial limits.
When your trial expires, your screens are automatically disabled. Content and configuration are preserved, but playback stops. To re-enable your screens, upgrade to a paid plan.

Upgrading to a paid plan

Go to Billing in Settings

Navigate to SettingsBilling.

Click Buy Screens Now

In the Your Purchases tab, click the Buy Screens Now button.

Select your plan

Review the available plans and pricing in the Screen Pricing section. Pricing is per screen per month.

Complete checkout

You are taken to a checkout page. Enter your payment details and complete the purchase. Once the payment is confirmed, your subscription activates and your screens are re-enabled.
After checkout, Advahini waits for a confirmation from the payment provider (Stripe or Razorpay) before activating your subscription. This usually happens within a few seconds. If you return to the Billing page and see a “pending” message, wait a moment and refresh.

Payment methods

Advahini supports two payment providers. The provider used for your account is determined by your billing country and currency.
ProviderWhen it is used
RazorpayAccounts billed in Indian Rupees (INR). Supports UPI subscriptions.
StripeAccounts billed in other supported currencies (USD, GBP, AED, SGD, AUD). Supports credit and debit card payments.

Setting your billing country and currency

You can set your billing region in the Billing Region section of the Billing tab.

Open the Billing tab

Go to SettingsBilling.

Find the Billing Region section

Scroll to the Billing Region card beneath the Your Purchases table.

Select your country and currency

Choose your country from the Country dropdown. The currency and payment provider update automatically. For India, the currency is locked to INR and the provider is Razorpay.

Save your preferences

Click Save Billing Preferences. Updated pricing for your currency is shown in the Screen Pricing section.

Subscription status

Your subscription status is shown in the Your Purchases table on the Billing tab. The possible statuses are:

TrialYou are within the free 7-day trial period
Past DueA renewal payment failed. A grace period has started
Payment FailedA payment attempt was unsuccessful
CancelledYou cancelled the subscription. No future charges are scheduled
ExpiredThe subscription period ended without a successful renewal
PendingThe subscription was created but payment is not yet confirmed

Grace period

If a renewal payment fails, your subscription moves to Past Due and a 7-day grace period begins. During the grace period your screens continue to run as normal. Advahini will retry the payment through your payment provider during this time.
If the grace period ends without a successful payment, your screens are disabled. Update your payment method with Stripe or Razorpay directly to resolve the failure before the grace period ends.

Filtering and sorting your purchases

Use the filters above the purchases table to narrow down what you see:
  • Amount — search by amount or currency
  • Payment Type — filter by Razorpay, Stripe, or Trial
  • Status — filter by Active, Past Due, Cancelled, and other statuses
  • Date Sort — sort newest or oldest first

Viewing and downloading invoices

Invoices are available for all completed paid subscription purchases.

Open the Invoices tab

In SettingsBilling, click the Invoices tab at the top of the page.

Find the invoice

Each row shows the invoice number, date, status, and amount.

Download the PDF

Click Download PDF on any invoice row to save a copy to your device.
Invoices appear only after a Stripe or Razorpay subscription payment completes. Trial subscriptions do not generate invoices.

Cancelling a subscription

If you need to stop future charges, you can cancel an active subscription from the Billing tab.

Open the Billing tab

Go to SettingsBilling.

Find the active subscription

In the Your Purchases table, locate the subscription you want to cancel.

Click Cancel

Click the Cancel button on that row. A confirmation prompt explains that the cancellation stops future automatic charges immediately.

Confirm the cancellation

Confirm to proceed. The subscription status changes to Cancelled and no further charges are made.

Getting help with billing

If you have a billing issue that you cannot resolve from the Settings page — such as a disputed charge or a payment that was not reflected correctly — contact Advahini support and include your account email address and the invoice number or subscription ID shown in the Billing tab.
