Advahini offers a free trial so you can test the platform before committing to a paid subscription. When you are ready to go live with more screens or need more storage, you can upgrade at any time from the Billing section of Settings. This page compares the available plans, explains how billing cycles and currency selection work, and walks you through the upgrade process.

Plan overview

Trial

7 days free with no payment details required.
  • Up to 5 screens
  • 5 GB content storage
  • Full access to playlists, schedules, assets, and zone builder
  • Screens are disabled automatically when the trial expires

Business (paid)

Monthly subscription, billed per screen.
  • Choose the number of screens you need
  • Storage limits higher than the trial
  • All trial features included
  • Screens remain active as long as your subscription is current
On the trial plan you are limited to 5 screens and 5 GB of content storage. Attempting to connect a sixth screen or upload content beyond the 5 GB cap is blocked until you upgrade.

Billing cycle

Paid plans are billed monthly. Your subscription renews automatically on the same day each month based on when you first completed checkout. You can see your next renewal date in the Your Purchases table in SettingsBilling.

Currency and payment provider

The currency you are charged in depends on your billing country. You set this in the Billing Region section of the Billing tab.

United StatesUSDStripe
United KingdomGBPStripe
United Arab EmiratesAEDStripe

If you select India as your billing country, the currency is locked to INR and Razorpay handles the payment. For all other supported countries, Stripe processes the charge in your chosen currency.
Exchange rates are shown live on the Billing tab so you can see exactly what you will be charged in your local currency.

Go to Billing in Settings

Open Settings and click the Billing tab.
2

Click Buy Screens Now

In the Your Purchases section, click Buy Screens Now.
3

Set your billing region

In the Billing Region card, select your country and confirm your currency. The payment provider and pricing update automatically.
4

5

Complete checkout

Click through to checkout. Enter your payment details in the Stripe or Razorpay checkout form and confirm the purchase.
6

Wait for activation

After payment is confirmed, your subscription activates and any screens that were disabled by the trial expiry are re-enabled automatically.

Upgrading between paid plans

If you need more screens, go to SettingsBilling and click Buy Screens Now to start a new checkout for the additional capacity. Your existing subscription rows remain visible in the purchases table alongside the new one.

Applying a coupon code

If you have a coupon code, you can apply it during checkout.
1

Begin checkout

Follow the upgrade steps above until you reach the checkout page.
2

Enter your coupon code

Look for the coupon or promo code field on the checkout page. Type or paste your code and apply it.
3

Confirm the discount

The order summary updates to reflect the discount. Complete checkout to lock in the reduced price.
Coupon codes are validated before checkout completes. If your code is not accepted, double-check for typos or confirm that the code has not expired.

What happens when your trial expires

When the 7-day trial ends, Advahini disables all screens in your workspace. Your content, playlists, schedules, and configurations are not deleted — they remain exactly as you left them. As soon as you complete checkout on a paid plan, your screens are re-enabled and playback resumes.
Screens stop playing content the moment the trial expires. If your screens are customer-facing, upgrade before the trial end date to avoid any interruption to your displays.
