The Assets page is your workspace media library — the central place where you store and organize all the files you use in playlists and on screens. You can upload images, videos, PDFs, and short video clips, then arrange them into folders to keep things tidy. This page explains how to upload files, organize them with folders, understand workspace versus global assets, and delete content you no longer need.

Supported file types

Advahini accepts the following file types in your asset library:
  • Images — JPEG, PNG, WebP, GIF, BMP, SVG
  • Videos — MP4, MOV, WebM, and other common video formats
  • PDFs — PDF documents (rendered page-by-page in playlists)
  • Short videos — Short-form video clips in the same supported video formats

Uploading assets

1

Open Assets

In the sidebar, click Assets. The Assets Management page opens, showing your workspace library.
2

Click Upload Assets

Click the + Upload Assets button in the top-right corner of the page.
3

Select your file

A file picker opens. Select an image, video, or PDF from your computer. The upload begins immediately.
4

Wait for the upload to complete

A loading overlay displays “Uploading content…” while the file transfers. The asset appears in your library grid once the upload finishes.
If you want to upload a file into a specific folder, select that folder first before clicking + Upload Assets. The upload target shown below the folder bar confirms where new files will be saved.

Organizing with folders

Folders let you group related assets together — for example, by campaign, location, or content type. To create a folder:
  1. Click New Folder on the Assets page.
  2. Enter a folder name in the prompt and click OK.
  3. The new folder appears as a pill in the folder bar and is selected automatically.
To browse a folder: Click any folder pill in the folder bar beneath the filter controls. The asset grid updates to show only files in that folder. Click All Files to return to the full unfiltered view. To upload into a folder: Select the folder first, then click + Upload Assets. The upload target label beneath the folder bar shows the active destination.

Workspace assets vs. global assets

The Assets page has two tabs:
TabWhat it contains
Workspace AssetsFiles that belong to your current workspace. Only members of this workspace can see and use these assets.
Global AssetsFiles that are shared across all workspaces in your account. Use global assets for brand logos, standard backgrounds, or any content that multiple workspaces need.
Switch between tabs by clicking Workspace Assets or Global Assets at the top of the asset panel. Folders and upload targets are scoped to whichever tab you have active.

Storage limits

Trial workspaces have a 5 GB content storage cap. Paid plans provide higher storage limits. If you approach your limit, consider deleting unused assets or upgrading your plan.

Filtering and sorting

Use the controls above the asset grid to find files quickly:
  • Search by name — Type in the search box to filter by file name.
  • Filter by type — Choose between All types, Images, Videos, or PDF.
  • Filter by size — Filter to Under 1 MB, 1 MB to 10 MB, or Over 10 MB.
  • Sort — Order by Newest, Oldest, Name A–Z, Name Z–A, Largest, or Smallest.

Previewing an asset

Hover over any asset card and click the eye icon to open a full preview of the file in a modal.

Deleting an asset

To delete an asset, click the trash icon on its card. A confirmation prompt appears. Click OK to permanently remove the file.
Deleting an asset is permanent and cannot be undone. If the asset is used in an active playlist, the playlist scene that references it will no longer have media to display.
