This quickstart walks you through every step from creating your account to seeing your content play on a screen. The whole process takes about 10 minutes. By the end you will have a connected screen displaying a playlist you built yourself.
1

Create your account

Go to the Advahini sign-up page and fill in your full name, company name, email address, and a password (at least 8 characters). Then click Register With Email.
Your company name becomes the default name for your first workspace. You can change it later in Settings > Company.
If your account requires email verification, Advahini sends a confirmation message to the address you provided. Open that email and click the verification link before continuing.
2

Create or join a workspace

After you sign in, Advahini takes you to the Dashboard. If you are starting fresh, click + Create Workspace, enter a name and an optional description, then click Create. If a colleague has already set up a workspace for your organisation, ask them to invite you instead of creating a new one. You will receive an invitation you can accept from the Team section.
Give your workspace a name that identifies the location or brand it belongs to — for example, “London Office” or “Retail — North Region”. This makes it easy to switch between workspaces later.
3

Connect a screen

Go to Screens in the left navigation, then click Connect Screen (or the + button).Advahini shows you an activation code. On the physical display you want to connect, open a web browser and navigate to the Advahini player URL. Enter the activation code when prompted. The screen pairs to your workspace and appears in your screens list within a few seconds.Once connected, the screen shows as Online on the Screens page.
Each display you want to use as a signage screen needs a browser open to the Advahini player URL. Any internet-connected screen with a modern browser works.
4

Upload content

Go to Content in the left navigation to open your asset library. Click Upload, select one or more files from your computer, and wait for the upload to complete.Advahini supports the following file types:
  • Images — JPG, PNG, GIF, and other common image formats
  • Videos — MP4 and other standard video formats, including short-form clips
  • PDFs — displayed as slides
You can also organise assets into folders by clicking New Folder before uploading.
5

Create a playlist

Go to Playlists in the left navigation, then click New Playlist.Give your playlist a name and then add scenes. Each scene is one piece of content. You can choose from:
  • Media — an image or video from your asset library
  • Image slideshow — cycle through multiple images in a single scene
  • YouTube — a YouTube video by URL
  • Embed — any URL you want to display in a frame
  • Canva — a published Canva design by embed URL
Reorder scenes by dragging them into the sequence you want. Enable the Loop toggle if you want the playlist to repeat continuously after it reaches the last scene. When you are satisfied, click Save.
6

Assign the playlist to your screen

Go back to Screens. Find the screen you connected and click Assign next to it. Choose Playlist as the assignment type, select the playlist you just created, and confirm. The player on your screen receives the update within seconds and begins playing your playlist.
You can also assign a Schedule instead of a single playlist if you want different content to play at different times of day. See the schedules documentation for details.

What to do next

Now that your first screen is live, explore these areas to get more out of Advahini:
  • Zones — split your screen into multiple areas and show independent content in each one
  • Schedules — build a weekly timetable so the right playlist plays at the right time automatically
  • Workspaces — add more workspaces if you manage screens for multiple locations or clients
  • Team — invite colleagues and assign roles so they can help manage content and screens
